Could my account get banned?+
No. Since we go through the official APIs with OAuth, platforms treat the posts as legitimate. No ban reported on Luma Post
How many accounts can I connect?+
Free allows 1 account per platform. Creator (9€) allows 5 accounts per platform. Studio (29€) allows unlimited accounts
Is there a trial period?+
The Free plan is free forever without a card. You can test the tool as long as you want before moving to Creator or Studio
How do I cancel my subscription?+
From your dashboard, Settings section, Billing subsection. Cancellation is instant and you keep access until the end of your paid period
Is my data secure?+
Yes. OAuth tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256, transit in TLS 1.3, Firebase europe-west1 infrastructure, GDPR compliance
